To manage, coordinate and maintain correspondence, reports documentations, meeting and appointment.To communicate with clients, visitors and vendors on behalf of company and maintain in good relationship.Arrange, schedule meetings and appointment, jot down on calendars.To represent director to conduct certain meetings.To represent director to handle & manage the outside investment, including its profit & lose and operation risk.Responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.Provide administrative support to HR and other departments.Make travel and hotel arrangements for director.Required to assist on ad-hoc task when necessary.????
