Personal Trainer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer at KD Trainer in Tanjong Tokong and Bayan Lepas. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for professionally deliver results and excellent service to all clients and to maintain a safe and healthy training facility for daily usage.



-Conduct quality training sessions to improve client's fitness goal


-Design and execute individualized training programs based on client's goals, fitness levels, and preferences


-Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercise safely and effectively


-Monitor and record client's progress, adjusting programs as needed.


-Provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle advice to support client's fitness goals


-Motivate and encourage clients to reach their full potential


-Maintain a clean and safe workout environment


-Stay updated and never stop learning with the latest fitness trends and best practices


-Manage client schedules and maintain accurate records of sessions in systems.

; Requirements:-


-Certification from a recognised fitness organisation (e.g., KD Academy, NASM, ACE, ACSM)


-At least 6 month of training ages


-Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and training principles


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


-Ability to motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their goals


-High level of physical fitness and a passion for health and wellness


-Strong organisational and time-management skills
