Pharmacy Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards- Respond to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, thier representatives and a wide range of staff groups.- Maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels display- Order items (consumables) within and outside department- Receiving of stocks, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere- Promoting and selling over the counter (OTC) medicines / products- Assisting to inquiry of the products sold in the outlet (OTC) including stocks availability and supply of medicines, general product information by the customer.- To provide highest quality of Customer Service to all PMG Customers.
