Job Description
The Job
• Responsible for the successful completion of the assigned construction projects in accordance with specifications and within schedule and budget limitations.
• Liaise with consultants, local authorities and agencies to ensure submission matters are completed on time.
Responsibilities
Monitor the preparation of submissions and liaise with local authorities or agencies on the approvals.
Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of monthly status reports, cost reports, progress reports, etc.
Assist in conducting weekly/bi-weekly job meetings.
Liaise with consultant teams on changes or updates regarding contract and design matters.
Assist in on-site supervision to ensure all policies, procedures, plans and specifications are adhered to.
Monitor job progress and quality control.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A good degree in civil engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a developer or construction firm.
Good knowledge of authorities' approval procedures.
Experience in site issues and construction supervision.
