Planning Executive

Receives orders from sales & customer service team and generate the work orders with reasonable plan to meet target delivery date - Establish general lead time with production and purchasing to ensure orders able to ship out on time to customer - Issue purchase requisition and other forms for customer orders purpose - Receives orders from sales & customer service team and generate the work orders with reasonable plan to meet target delivery date - Establish general lead time with production and purchasing to ensure orders able to ship out on time to customer - Issue purchase requisition and other forms for customer orders purpose - Creates production schedule and prioritizes the orders according to delivery dates - Maintains the production schedule and follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation - Expedite operations and material that delay schedules, and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions - Interacts with sales & customer service team and Purchasing when required to resolve delivery issues - Liaises with sales & customer service team to determine customer requirements - Monitors project's progress to ensure it's following the planned schedule - Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization - Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date - Oversees planning and production workflow to ensure every process operating according to established sequences and lead times - Ensures the execution of planning objective and interfaces with purchasing, customer service, logistics, and receiving in order to fully coordinate customer shipments - Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closureBachelor's or Equivalent
