**Work location**: Kota Puteri, Batu Arang**Job description**:- Monitor attendance for Grade C and Grade D employees.- Maintain up-to-date new employees' records, raise ticket to HR department for employees' issue, bring workers for medical checkup.- Record the diesel consumption.- Manage company assets such as walkie talkies, PPE, Touch N Go card, etc.- Compile monthly Motor Vehicle Diesel claim and submit to HR department.- Compile monthly petty cash claim and submit to Account department.- Monitor Hohan lorry repair and maintenance on daily basis.- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by Management.**Job requirements**:- Preferably with 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience.
