Plant Production Supervisor

Plan daily production schedule and check delivery schedule with sales coordinator.- Stock control by keep on update the stock card, incoming and outgoing production.- Maintains staff by orienting, and train operator and developing personal growth opportunities.- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, set process variables, observe control points and equipment.- Monitoring personnel and resources, developing reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within the process.- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of equipment and resources.- Any other related work assign by the superior from time to time.Requirement- Minimum with Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Engineering/Technical in any field that equivalent.- 3 year working industry experience.
