Plantation Manager

**Responsibilities**:- 1. Responsible for managing the overall operation of the oil palm plantation- 2. Responsible for the day estate operation including but not limited to field works- 3. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum daily operations- 4. Produce monthly and yearly budget and report- 5. To take control of all phases and aspects of estate operation, including but not limited to cost management, planting practices and procedures, systems and method- 6. Ensure that the estate is managed to the standards in accordance with the acceptable agriculture and practice and the company's requirements- 7. Modernization of the estate work practices, including awareness of the requirement of MSPO- 8. Liaise with authorities and ensure compliance of all requirements under the laws including but not limited to labour, safety (OSHA), land matters, etc- 9. Attend to and organize Foreign Labour Recruitment- 10. Attend any other duties as may be assigned by the management or superior from time to timeBenefits
