Job Function: The incumbent is responsible to lead a team within Policy Servicing unit to support to the Company goals by meeting and exceeding their expectations on Customer Service Delivery. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Managing the daily operations of Policy Alteration (Financial and Non-Financial Alterations), which includes:
- Updating customer particulars
- Updating child details / welcome gift options / new born rewards
- Changing payment methods / mode of payment / direct credit details
- Change of smoking status / occupation / date of birth / gender
- Upgrading or downgrading policies / medical conversions / deleting riders
- Processing Single Premium Top-Up / Changes in Regular Top-Ups / Change in Basic Premium
- Handling appeals for changes to loading and exclusions
- Handling non-disclosure of material facts
- Processing Fund Switching / Premium Redirection Ensure TAT, SLA and regulatory compliance for Policy Servicing.Submit monthly reports for Policy Servicing Team and conduct routine checks for Financial/ Non-Financial Alterations before the established deadlines.Perform quality checks for both Financial and Non-Financial Alterations.Continuously review and update / document administrative rules and process for effective and efficient operations of Policy Servicing.To maintain SOP and Servicing Guideline with the objectives of improving standards and operational efficiency including updating and maintenance of SOP and Servicing Guideline documentation arising from work process or other changes and to ensure the continued standard process.Assist with supporting and training of new / existing team members.Responsible for planning and controlling work and resources for Policy Servicing.Support the Manager to continuously review process, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback and implement improvement where appropriate.Undertake other work or duties and projects as and when required. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience specializing in Policy Servicing or equivalent from insurance companiesProficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak a third language will be added advantage.Full-Time position(s) available.
