The Role Your responsibilities will include:
Assist sales team to respond to the prospects' technical inquiries or concerns.Collect, analyse, clarify and understanding the prospects needs by attending requirement gathering meetings and provide a technical specification confirmation with a solution diagram on product capabilities.Work with the sales team to determine solutions to customers' challenges, customization needs and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.Analyse the prospect's tender requirement, provide the response according to the current state of the product, identify the gaps and provide the effort estimation of customization effort by getting the necessary input from product team.Brief and consult sales team on new features of the product.Maintain and improve company's demo site environment and ensure software solution is updated and running at all times.Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions on technical portions to meet both client and company needs..Ideal Profile Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Engineering Information Technology or equivalent from recognized institution.At least 2-5 years working experience as pre-sales, functional consultant, or implementation role of software solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
