Job Description - Premier Relationship Manager (Northern Region) (2200002N)ResponsibilitiesOffer Professional Wealth Advice- To be part of the leading wealth solutions team in the industry and supported by the regional wealth panel. You will constantly engage with our wealth specialists, sensing the pulse of the global economy, and in return, offer your professional advice and appropriate financial solutions to our Premier Banking customers, achieving your revenue target.Be Our Premier Banking Advocate and Acquire New Customers- You will be involved in events and sales activities in line with the PB business direction and other sales initiatives. By engaging customers and prospects, you will be the ambassador of the bank, sharing the benefits and inviting them to be part of Premier Banking.Service- You are expected to proactively engage PB customers to establish a good relationship and achieve growing customer satisfaction, aiming to improve the customer engagement score consistently.Compliance- You are to adhere diligently to all documentary processes and procedural requirements. Ensure no lapses in control requirements and submit reports, both statutory and regulatory, in a timely manner. Ensure zero defects in account opening, sales transaction execution, loan submission, and others.QualificationsMinimum Diploma holder with UT - FIMM, Insurance - PCE Life, PCE General, and CEILI.Minimum 2 years of sales or service experience in the Financial or Service industry (e.g., service industries include Airline, Telco, Hotel, Tourism).Strong understanding of both financial and non-financial markets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Possesses own transport and is willing to travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
