Principal Commercial Consultant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



-Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts


-Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base


-Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.


-Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives


-Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations


-Understand category-specific landscapes and trends


-Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts


-Plan, Manage and Direct Commercial Team Direction in Industry.


-Conduct, Manage and Organize frequent Sales Meetings and Discussion


-Ensure the Commercial Team presence in the market is visible and relevant.


-Analyzing sales data and performing strategic planning for the sales department.


-Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team.


-Provide Management with strategies and insights into market targets and reports.


-Collecting and analyzing data concerning client requirements to understand changing needs. 


-Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests


-Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires

; Requirements:- TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE



-Degree/ Diploma in accounting, commerce, economics, finance, information technology, computer science, business systems, business management, law or other business-related fields


-Minimally 6 Years' Experience in the Industry.


-Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)


-Excellent Presentation Skills


- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage. 


-Possess own transportation
