Process Engineer (Based In Bintan)

Job ResponsibilitiesLiaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of projects such as new product implementation and transfer, process and machinery modification, material evaluation.
Initiate and implement yield improvement project through machine mechanization and process optimization. Liaise and coordinate with inter-plant to implement improvement project. Lead the Work Improvement Team (WIT).
Support production for any excursion, by using the 4M to find the root cause, containment, corrective and preventive action.
Implement method studies and quality tools such as DOE, SPC, PFMEA & Statistical Testing.
Assist company in elimination of non value-added activities on-and-off line so as to improve its competitiveness.
Initiate and develop new process flow through design and installation of new machinery to have quantum improvement in production efficiency and reliability.
Use and document all engineering drawings and ECN.
Lead and run Engineering evaluations.
Lead the Quality Change Process Checklist (QCPC) for new product transfer.
Identify and establish training programmes with the training department to improve the operational readiness for production personnel.
Lead a group of PM and Process teams to accomplish projects assigned.
Ensure safety and housekeeping at work area.
Job RequirementsQualifications:Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical or its equivalent.
Experience:At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity and industry.
Skills:
Demonstrates strong planning and organizing skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge in manufacturing processes.
