Procurement Buyer

How you will do it:Conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations to identify suitable sources for required materials and services.Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions for the organization.Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet quality and delivery standards.Develop and manage procurement strategies that effectively minimize costs while satisfying operational needs.Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.Lead initiatives to track and analyze spending for continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities.Qualifications:University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within a multinational environment.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.Proficient in data analysis and spending management tools.
