Procurement Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

In charge of e-Procurement System.Responsible in e-Procurement for Vendor Evaluation (Branches).Source and liaise with new suppliers.Responsible for price negotiation and bargaining.Check branches granite suppliers' sales order and invoices.Check and tally stock balance, inventory system before submit to Finance (Branches)Check and verify granites sales order by itemized pricing.Monitor suppliers' invoices for end month closing.Any other duties as assigned by the Superior/Management from time to time
