Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:- To do sourcing of material, assets and equipment for VTS Group.- Assist in issuing Purchase Order/Work Order.- Sorting Purchase Order / Work Order with invoice, matching into system and submit to Accounts Department.- Issuance of LPO, WO, PRF, RFP, QIF and sorting documents.- Organize and record of all supplier products price list and detail in share folder.- Prepare supplier evaluation and update supplier listing yearly.- Possessed Diploma and/or Degree in Logistic.- Minimum experienced in related industry is 2 years.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Require wear mask, common surfaces are sanitized regularly and vaccination requirement**Experience**:- Purchasing: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
