Procurement/Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities: To source products, request quotations and samples and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
Establishment of vendor pools for direct and indirect procurement.
Responsible for frame bidding or project bidding.
Fulfill resources during peak season, and major festivals (New Year, Christmas, 11.11 sales day etc).
Assist with vendor management and cooperation issues between suppliers and operations.
Prepare cost estimation & manage budget.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements: Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in  Logistic, Business Admin or other related field.
Minimum 1-2 years  working experience in the related field.
Prefer candidates who can read, speak and write in  Mandarin  as the position needs to  communicate with HQ China.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice will be taken advantage.
Knowledge of express delivery is an advantage Willing to travel around Klang Valley.
Must be able to work at  Puchong/Subang Jaya
