**Job Overview**:To play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end process of video content creation. Be responsible for managing a team, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring the successful execution of video projects. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and achieving project objectives within budget and timelines.**Key Responsibilities**:**Project Planning**: Collaborate with producer and business development managers to understand project goals, objectives, and creative direction. Develop comprehensive production plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.**Team Management**: Coordinate a team of directors, editors, and other production staff. Delegate tasks and ensure efficient teamwork.**Production Coordination**: Oversee all aspects of video production, from pre-production to post-production. This includes script development, casting, location scouting, equipment management, and production logistics.**Budget Management**: Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and cost-effectively.**Resource Procurement**: Source and negotiate with external vendors, freelancers, and suppliers as needed.
