Review and apply overtime out of plan.Review and apply for abnormalities attendance. (example: Unpair click, Abs, Leave, Late)Requisition form (request for T-shirt, pants, safety shoes, safety glass, earplug, stationary)Provide and upload monthly EOT.Do monthly incentive and KPI.Opening purchase requisition forms to fulfill the needs of department efficiently and accurately.Responsible for processing purchase orders, verifying product specifications, confirming pricing details, and ensuring accurate invoicing and need to liaise with the logistic and buyers.Responsible for accurately recording and tracking the actual overtime hours worked by production employees. This involves maintaining detailed records of when overtime was worked, by whom, and for how long.Responsible for maintaining employee records, including personal information, job titles, hire dates, and termination dates and make sure headcount was up to date.Responsible for tracking employee attendance, including vacation time, sick leave, and other absences. By monitoring attendance patterns.Providing monitoring board and labeling support in a production.Responsible for providing pending work in progress (WIP) information f for the purpose of conducting stock take activities.Checking the contents of a first aid kit and ensure that the kit is well-stocked and properly maintained.Managing claims, including those related to products such as grab, consultation, and medication. Their job involves handling and processing claim forms, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining records.To carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
