-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.


-Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Engineer in a manufacturing environment.


-Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.


-Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.


-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


-Excellent communication and project management skills.
