Production Executive

To review the AM/PM, SOP ,WI & audit the implementation on daily basis for overall production
2.   To plan daily production schedule for continuous and efficient production runtime
3.   To maintain and analyse production reports, consumption reports and any other production related reports
4.   To lead and execute the production report optimization and automation projects
5.   To lead the implementation of QA/QC at all stages of production & loading
6.   To lead safety & 5S implementation at all section
Responsibilities:
·    Plan and prioritize products efficiently and effectively to ensure production are on time without compromising on quality.
·    Liaise with other departments to analyze and minimize on downtime possibilities.
·    To assist in monitoring & controlling daily productions activities and monitor all production lines to maximize it to the optimum level.
·    To assist in resolving daily operational issues, such as staff working, attendance, staff discipline, sufficient raw material and documentation.
·    Monitor employee's overtime cost, consumables and other production related expenses.
·    Monitoring and controlling daily productions activities to be in line with company budget.
·    To coordinate with QA; to ensure the product adhere the food safety and meet the customer requirements.
·    To ensure GMP and HACCP systems are maintained effectively.
·    Work with Sanitation team on the line cleanliness and related area.
·    Responsible to update all corrective action from the finding during internal and external audit.
Requirements:
·    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Manufacturing / Food Science or equivalent.
·    Candidate without required qualifications but have at least 2-3 years of related working experience will also be considered.
·    Knowledge of HACCP / Food Safety.
