Production Leader

We are looking for a Production Leader to enhance our manufacturing team. The Leader will ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, and support team members in their roles.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the manufacturing team.Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.Fill out and review daily checklists and production logs accurately in the absence of an Assistant Supervisor.Process raw materials and finished goods transactions using the Microsoft D365 system.Report out daily production output using Microsoft Excel.Arrange daily workforce requirements efficiently.Provide training and support to team members on equipment and procedures.Monitor workflow and address any issues that arise during production.Maintain a safe and organized work environment.Collaborate with management to improve processes and increase efficiency.Requirements Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.Proficient in reading and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Operating computers and related software for data entry and production monitoring.Willing to work in shifts. Applicants with 3 years experienced in food industry environment will be an added advantage.
