Production Manager

-Achieve and develop the quality objectives and targets of the department consistent with the business plan
· Responsible for the personalization of any cards (Financial, Telecom, Member)
· Ensure the quality and quantity of all products in SB department
· Maintain the security standards in accordance with Visa, MasterCard requirements
· Maintains and continuously improves all personalization processes and procedures in order to enhance efficiency, product quality, on time delivery and general customer satisfaction
· Disposition and planning responsibility for machines, material and personnel within a two shift operation
· In charge of the department related maintenance and engineering activities (machine and material evaluation)
· Direct disciplinary responsibility for all SB staffs & supervisors
· Oversees staffing
· Conducts employee relation management (problem solving talks, staff motivation, and head selection)
· Report the department’s performance results to the Managing Director at regular Management Meeting, as well as Management Group throughout a specially command
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, Industrial engineer, engineering management, electrical engineer or related fields
· Can fully apply business administration knowledge and skills to manage the department’s functional description
· Good skills in personnel management, if possible at least one position with personnel responsibility before entering dz.
· 3 Years experience in a production management environment
· Good grasp of quality management thru training and practices at least one year
· Very good English knowledge in reading, listening, writing and speaking (TOEIC >700) and also good command of computer in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
