Job DescriptionProductionPlan, organise, lead and control all production area and support department in order to achieve Plant Quality, Speed, Cost, People objectives, overall lead and drive for those KPIs, improve manpower utilization within existing department and process.Schedule stability that allow for maximum return on efficiencies.
Achievement of main KPI which are daily volume and scrap.PeopleResponsible to apply required disciplinary procedures with subordinates that does not follow company policy and rules, as well to apply PEP for subordinates which not performing to required standard.Responsible to identify specific training needs for his/her team members and ensure the development and training people are carried out via support from HR and SFT.ProcessAnalyze and improve of all working procedures related to production improvements.Management, coordination and trouble shooting of activities related to daily output, scrap, rework workoff and non comforming component.Introduction of project related to production improvement, steering, leading and participate where required.QualityAccept the responsibility and striving for excellent in all work processes and outcomes, honoring organization policies and all regulatory requirements.Safety and EnvironmentUnderstanding and adherence to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by ESH Department and also take care of own safety as well as working colleagues within the Plant premises.Quality ,Environment, Safety and Health Management SystemEnsuring that all Quality ,Environment, Safety and Health management system conform with requirements of International Standard (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) by adhering to clause related to Roles & Responsibilities.QualificationsMinimum a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Manufacturing/ Engineering/ Business field.10 years experience in manufacturing environment.Proven track record in accomplishing objectives.Potential to be developed to lead the Plant business operation.Held leadership position for at least 5 years.Additional InformationGood medical benefit, good career development path
