Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Job description: Manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and output targets.Responsible for overall management of the production operation.Plan and manage cross functional departments support, ensuring production space and manpower optimization.Develop, revise, and review SOP's for routine production activities.Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance productivity and production efficiency. Monitor product quality and compliance with customer standards, implementing corrective & preventive actions as necessary.Lead, mentor and develop a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Ensure all safety protocols are followed, promoting a safe working environment and reducing workplace accidents.Work closely with other departments, such as supply chain, engineering and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations.Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance metrics for top management.Maintain high housekeeping standards and facility maintenance.To perform any other task given by superior. Job requirement              Min Diploma or above in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years experience in related field is required.Strong understanding of production processes, quality control and safety standards.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge in supply chain management is an advantage.
