Production Planner

Key Responsibilities: Planning and Scheduling:  Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Inventory Management:  Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock of raw materials and finished goods while minimizing excess.
Collaboration:  Work closely with various departments, including purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics, to align production plans with operational capabilities.
Data Analysis:  Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Forecasting:  Utilize forecasting techniques to anticipate demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
Problem Solving:  Address production issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Reporting:  Prepare regular reports on production status, capacity, and efficiency for management review.
Continuous Improvement:  Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications: Education:  Min Diploma in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Experience:  Previous experience in production planning or a similar role is preferred.
Skills:  Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in planning software (e.g., ERP systems), and excellent communication abilities.
