Production Superintendent

Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree in engineering field (Electrical/ Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial).
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must be willing to work at Senai , Johor area.
Job Responsibilities: Plan and manage variety of resources in order to achieve on time production of quality products.
Trouble shooting processes to reduce the production related problem.
Generate production reports and conduct the quarterly physical count.
Manage training, skill development and growth of all staff to ensure multi skill capability.
Control additional materials request with budget guidelines.
Monitor on daily lot completion to ensure fulfill customer shipment requirements.
Work together with all related department to ensure new project or new model are progress smoothly follow the plan.
Monitor and ensure production activity is compliance with ISO procedure.
