Production Supervisor (Automotive) Posting Date : 19 Aug 2024 | Close Date :17 Nov 2024 Supervisor essential skills and responsibilities: Knowledge of the various components of the ETU;Knowledge of the automation and the robotics;Knowledge of the controlling equipment;Knowledge of the communication systems in ETU;Knowledge of the metrology and ability to read technical drawings.
Management and development of «Know-How»: Ability to manage the absenteeism and to guarantee the required production level;Manage and reinforce collaboration between Team Leaders and Machine Leaders;Knowledge and application of the continuous improvement tools and stimulating the purposefulness and motivation;Act as point of reference in case of absence of the Team Leader and/or in case of Capital Intensive dominio workers;Knowledge and constant updating of skill maps of the ETU employees .
Knowledge of Product and Processes: Advanced knowledge of all processes related to the ETU;Advanced knowledge of all products related to the ETU and their final destination;Knowledge of interrelations between ETU products in the vehicle composition;Knowledge of all phases of production line and tools used in the processes;Advanced knowledge of cycles and methods;Advanced knowledge of all materials used in the ETU;Preparation of reworking plans.
Quality Control skills: Knowledge and application of all the quality control techniques in the ETU;Knowledge of the criteria and types of rework activity;Knowledge and ability of application of all quality control instruments required by the production cycle;Knowledge of operation lists (tags) and production cycles (tact time and methods).
Cost Management: Knowledge of ETU cost headings (costs of auxiliary, raw and in-process materials, transformation costs and final product costs);Know-how and using the tools of data collection, related to domini/ETU, to evaluate trends compared to target;Understanding of scorecards data and planning of interventions regarding the main cause of losses;Preparation of the action plan based on the activity and responsibility timeline.
Safety, norms and procedures knowledge requirements: Knowledge and application of ISO safety norms and safety policies;Knowledge and implementation of safety equipment and training the team members on this subject;Knowledge and application of prevention diary, including the safety related information;Notification and dissemination of information on unsafe acts and conditions;Conducting of safety audits in a systematic way.
