Production Supervisor
1) To plan out the daily production according to the scheduled quantities with conform quality in the respective department.
2) In charge of manpower allocation in the department and also work arrangement.
3) To ensure the delivery schedules are achieved.
4) To check and ensure production achieved the scheduled quantities under respective sales order.
5) To check and ensure production conform to specification and quality.
6) To reduce down-time of machines by reducing movement, waiting, size change, machine setting and breakdown.
7) To report any variation in quantity and quality to Factory Manager immediately to avoid any discrepancy delivery.
8) Responsible to upkeep the machines’ performance and maintenance.
9) To maintain proper housekeeping within the work area.
10) To maintain a safe and good working environment.
11) Overtime planning.
12) Machine setting.
13) Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Production Leader
1) Fully responsible for the production and machines in their respective section / line assigned.
2) To carry out the daily production according to the scheduled quantities with conform quality in the area.
3) In charge of assigning jobs for operators and manpower allocation and ensure the production efficiency.
4) Do work arrangement for operators under his/her section against schedule.
5) Prepare the packing materials requirement for the day. (e.g. cartons, tape, rollers, P.E. foam, stretch film, stoppers etc)
6) Check and record production achieved.
7) Check and ensure production conform to specification and quality.
8) Monitor production efficiency.
9) To reduce down time by reducing movement, waiting time and size change.
10) To report any variation in quantity and quality to supervisor immediately to avoid any discrepancy delivery.
11) To upkeep the machines’ performance.
12) To maintain proper housekeeping within his work area.
13) To maintain a safe and good working environment.
14) To assist in overtime planning.
15) To maintain operators’ performance.

Production Planner
1) To prepare production schedule in such a way that optimum production is achieved with maximum efficiency and minimum wastage.
2) To monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite parts to ensure part flow to the next process sequence and on time.
3) Expedites operation that delay schedule & alter schedule to meet unforeseen conditions.
4) To follow up & monitor closely production progress according schedule in order to meet shipment date.
5) To maintain WIP and storage of inventories.
6) To coordinate with production, operations, warehouse, logistics & purchasing on delivery of WIP / parts / material to ensure the smooth flow of production.
7) To effectively utilise the available resources and make alternative changes to relocate when need arise.
