Production Supervisor (Penang)

**Responsibilities**:- To supervise and control the operator under his control are follow company day to day policies, procedures and rules- To supervisor and monitor that the production operator follow all the production SOP and work instructions.- Responsible for all down time and production gap under his / her control- To monitor and inform the last product cut off time, quantity fulfilled and any delay and short supply to superior- To implement and monitor sanitation schedule and cleanliness of whole plant- Attend to subordinates work problems, processing trouble shooting and keep superior informed.- Provides on the job training and induction course for a new operator- Review and discuss operator performance with Production Executive- Ensure that all production records is completed and filled by Leader and submitted to Production Executive for verification- Complete all daily check lists before leaving the shift- To check all the OPRP and CCP at agreed interval and reported to Production Executive if out of the specification- Coaching or briefing to team members to meet the company objectives and quality standards- To conduct daily briefing to operator before he / she start work- To close all GAP in the production floor- To monitor all CAR and ensure that it is done accordingly- Ensure that FTQ is done right- Carry out other duties as may assign by superior from time to time**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
