Production Team Leader

**Descriptions**:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure smooth operation and adherence to production schedules- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance to ensure quality and efficiency- Provide guidance and training to team members on production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures- Oversee the setup and operation of production machinery and equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supply for production needs- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment- Report on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality, to management- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implementing corrective actions- Motivate team members to meet production targets and quality standards, addressing any performance issues as necessary- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a smooth production flow- Any ad hoc duties as assigned or instructed through a duly authorized person of the company.**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM/STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field- At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in relevant production management software and Microsoft Office- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines- Flexibility to work in various shifts and adapt to changing production demands**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
