We are seeking a talented and organised Project Admin to join the team at Merakai Indah Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time Project Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of key projects within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and manage project-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and record-keeping
Provide administrative support to project managers and team members, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of project deliverables
Assist with the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project administration processes and procedures
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the overall success of projects
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or project support role
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with project management software and tools is an advantage
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
