The Global Platform & Service Readiness team focuses on creating a competitive advantage for our business by ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class client experience as it relates to new banking products and services. We partner with Global Product, Technology, and various cross functional teams to ensure internal teams are prepared, and ready to globally support product enhancements and commercialization for our flagship digital banking platform, CitiDirect, and Citi's premier connectivity solution, CitiConnect.The Global Platform Readiness Project Analyst will support a critical awareness program that provides 'just-in-time' information to Client facing Service teams. This role will work with stakeholders globally to support readiness activities for new CitiDirect and CitiConnect product launches and services.The Project Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub-function / job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.
