Project Coordinator Cum Designer

Minimum Requirements
Competent at preparing, reading, and understanding the project drawing.
Experience working with local municipalities, inspectors, utility providers and officials is an advantage.
Experience with MS Office and proficiency using scheduling and project management software and AutoCAD.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Assist at all levels of the project, including project execution, project planning, and health and safety planning.
Prepare and amend the project drawing accordingly.
Supervise subcontractors by evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance.
Progressively report the work progress to the assistant project manager/project director.
Communicate effectively with the primary contractor, subcontractors, governmental agencies, and various levels of construction bodies on the site.
Identify and understand the underlying causes of any problem, as well as identifying the best method to eliminate the causes, and report the problem to the top management.
Travel to and supervise multiple sites based on the project or schedule.
Complete records for site reports on time and accurately.#J-18808-Ljbffr
