Key responsibilities of the Project Coordinator, Property Development shall include but not limited to the following: _- To assist in monitoring site progress and contractors' performance so that completion of projects undertaken by the Company will be within budgeted cost, stipulated timeframe and expected quality.- To assist in coordinating closely with Consultants for design coordination and resolution of any technical related issue during construction stage of the projects undertaken by the company.- To represent the company in dealing with contractors at the project site for coordination to ensure smooth progress of site works.- To verify contractors' claims.- To attend Client-Consultant Meeting and site meeting for various projects for resolution of various technical issues.- To support in building good rapport with local authorities and liaise closely with the authorities for obtaining various approvals / clearance letters for projects undertaken by the company.- To support any technical aspect of projects undertaken by the company under the instruction of GM, Property Development.- Daily site supervision to ensure site works are carried out based on approved specifications and designs.- Etc.- Requirements:_- A Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.- At least 5 years (Bachelor Degree) / 8 years (Diploma) of working experience in handling technical matters for property development and construction industry.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Language**:- English & Malay (preferred)
