Project Engineer - Civil Infrastructure/Construction

**Penang Location****Malay Citizen - Aiport/Airbase Clearance Required**This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to assist in delivering civil and infrastructure works at Butterworth Airbase.This role requires security clearance to work on a sensitive military Airbase and must have the required work rights.Employed by an international civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, you will be part of a multicultural, cohesive team caring for each other's safety while delivering the work on time and within budget.To be considered for the role, you can demonstrate the following:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable University7+ years of local experience delivering civil infrastructure projects with a reputable contractor Airport or Airbase Civil Engineering experience is highly regarded but optional.Considerable experience working for a local tier one or tier two civil engineering infrastructure/construction company (on-site delivery works) Considerable experience in civil engineering projects such as earthworks, conduits, pavements, installing servicesLocal Malay with work pass rights. Conduct HSE checks Make sure all QA checks are complete. Make sure all documentation and reports are complete and to a high standard. Assist the project manager with the planning and programming of work. Site Supervision Eligibility for a security clearance check Police and criminal record check Ability to commute or relocate to Penang / Georgetown / Butterworth if not already residing locallyStrong experience using Excel, MS Project and other related software(s)Contracts ManagementAn excellent remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate.Thank you for your interest.
