Project Management Assistant

"1. Assist Project Management department with entering data from source documents into ERP system within stipulated time. 2. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information from/within department to prepare source data for data entry purpose. 3. Feedback to superior if found any abnormalities of the source data or information in the ERP system. 4. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties. 5. Create and maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents. 6. Provide full admin support to the team and department such as reviewing documents, photocopying, filing and updating data. 7. Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department. 8. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time. 9.
