Project Management Executive

Liaise with internal IT team (WYMY & WYHQ) for SCM daily operation automation improvement (system & report).
Continue seeking, propose and execute improvement possibilities for SCM operation through implementation of IT related tools and knowledge (including but not limited to the use of Python, PowerBI, Power Automate, SQL).
Manage and own the cross-function project.
Data Management and Maintain Automated Report.
Ongoing UAT new system and debug with WYMY & WYHQ IT team.
Able to draft user requirements (IT related) after collecting the info from SCM members.
Able to complete given tasks under a reasonable time frame.
Support SCM members on IT related issues.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience in the IT field, including project management.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Power Automate, SQL, and Python.
Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
