Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering, or any related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the Electrical HV Transmission & Distribution industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex Electrical projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. In-depth knowledge of construction methods. Materials, and regulations. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP). Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams. Proficient in project management software and construction estimating software. Experience in ERP management will be an added advantage. Job Responsibilities: 1.0 Project Leadership & Management: Ensures that all operational processes are running efficiently. This includes optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet client demands and project timelines. By implementing standard operating procedures, can reduce bottlenecks and improve overall efficiency. Provide strategic direction and leadership for assigned Facilities Management and Interconnection Facility HV Transmission project from conception to completion. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, contract management, construction activities, quality control and team KPI business scorecards. Create new SOPs, enhance existing ones, put established SOPs into practice, and evaluate each SOP once it has been put into practice to make sure that execution and compliance is at the highest possible level. Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Conducting regular assessments and meeting with team of project milestones and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and facilitate corrective actions when projects are veering off course. 2.0 Client Communication & Relationship Management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Present project updates and reports to clients regularly. Identify and pursue new project opportunities. Involve with proposals and presentations for potential clients. 3.0 Strategic Planning and Development Develop Business Strategies Formulates long-term strategic goals that drive the company's vision. This may include expanding service offerings, entering new markets, or leveraging technology for enhanced service delivery. 4.0 Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify and implement cost-saving measures. 5.0 Quality Assurance & Compliance Quality Standards: Implement and enforce a comprehensive QA/QC program for assigned projects. Implementing risk management strategies protects the company from potential legal issues or financial penalties. 6.0 Team Leadership and Development: Fosters a collaborative environment where department heads and team members feel empowered to contribute to the company's goals. Encourages a culture of continuous learning, facilitating professional growth through mentorship and coaching. 7.0 Reporting and Communication Prepares comprehensive reports for the CEO and board of directors that detail operational performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives.
