What you'll be doing
Establishing project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including procurement, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement
Identifying and mitigating risks to project delivery, and implementing appropriate contingency plans
Providing regular progress updates to senior management and clients
Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
Leading and motivating project teams to achieve exceptional results
Fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders
What we're looking for
Significant experience (7+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on practical, commercial solutions
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with construction industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
