Join our team to work with our growing customer base locally and internationally. You'll be responsible for launching and managing loyalty projects for brands using the Eber platform. Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM and loyalty projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope. Your expertise will help drive our strategic goals and enhance our customer engagement efforts.
Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end CRM and loyalty projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met according to the agreed timelines and quality standards.Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Provide regular updates and manage communications to keep all parties informed and engaged.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal & external teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of CRM and loyalty initiatives.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and insights to inform project strategies and decisions. Monitor project performance and analyze metrics to ensure objectives are achieved and make adjustments as needed.Customer Experience Focus: Ensure that all projects are designed and executed with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and driving customer loyalty.Qualifications: Education: Diploma/ Degree in Project Management, Marketing, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience, with a strong background in CRM or loyalty programs. Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.Skills: Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of CRM and loyalty systems, tools, and best practices.Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and interact effectively with clients and team members.Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to drive project success.Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Why Eber?
