Project Manager Property Development

An expanding property developer is seeking a skilled and experienced  Project Manager  to join the team
As a  Project Manager,  you will play a pivotal role in:
Oversee all construction projects from initial stage to completion stage, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to meet project goals. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultant, authorities, and stakeholders for smooth project execution and issue resolution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the construction process. Manage project documentation accurately, including contracts, change orders, progress reports and etc. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment. To be successful in this role, you need to have: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the property construction industry, with a track record of successfully managing commercial and residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
