Project Manager (Senior)

Responsibilities Spearhead overall aspects of on-going construction projects, ensuring on time delivery and compliance with clients' requirements and ISO standards .
F ulfil company's contractual obligation in terms of progress, finance, safety, quality and environmental .
Liaise with Authority to obtain the necessary works approval.
Oversee and manage project/program progress reporting such as financial reports, resource forecasts, benefits tracking, and risks / issues management .
Lead multidisciplinary construction teams to deliver project objectives, implementing policies, procedures, instructions relevant to and required by the QESH system Assist contract department for monthly claims management by certifying sub-contract progress claim and delivering claim related information/progress .
Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Architecture / Engineer / Construction Management) or equivalent.
At least 10 years work experience in interior design renovation field and computer literate Willingness and competency to perform as part of a tight-knit team.
Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
