Property Maintenance Executive/ Officer

Responsibilities: To manage and coordinate all operational on relate matters of Property Management including building maintenance administrative and other related.To liaise with contractor, consultant and authorities on relevant matters.Supervising and monitoring servicing, solicit quotation, rectification and installation works carried by external contractor and in-house maintenance.To monitor the collections (service charges, sinking funds and others) and to ensure the monthly collection target is met.Attend to residents enquiries and maintain good relationship with residents.Planning and preparing monthly maintenance / financial reports.Maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.SMA knowledge is a must.Hand-on person, ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.Knowledgeable in planning maintenance operations.Able to keep track of and report on activity.Writing good and effective correspondence.Possess good personality and PR skills.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
