The PS Operations Specialist is responsible for support of our PS management and delivery teams from quote to revenue recognition.This will include operation of a variety of systems, tools and reports in conjunction with processes and policies allowing our teams to be more productive and efficient in delivery of servicesDuties and Responsibilities:Assists with training and operation of Epicor systems, tools, reporting, and approvals.Compiles data and assists with analytics.Gathers business requirements used for design, improvement and configuration of systems and assists incommunication of policy, process and programs to support Professional Services growth strategies.Works with and assists the Resource Manager with requests, resourcing, scheduling and follow up as needed.Works cross functionally with other teams including Sales, Finance, Sales operations, Pricing, Marketing, Consulting Operations, IT and Dev.
to resolve issues and ensure smooth outcomes, flows and excellence in customer experience for internal and external customers.Participates in the quoting process to provide accurate document output, correct pricing and margins, approvals and corrections to PS related data.Processes PS billing items as needed.Trains and executes on other tasks, activities and processes that become owned by Prof. Services at any interval.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Detail orientation and accuracy skills for data and processes.Ability to adapt to changing priorities.Self-motivated and self-starter.Ability to work alone with timely and productive outcomes.Professional and Customer Centric.Communication, Oral & Written: Communicates with clarity, actively engaging in conversations.
Good English speaking and writing skills.Team player and ability to establish and maintain positive rapport with customers and co-workers.Qualifications:2+ years applicable experience.Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma preferred.Additional Qualifications:Computer Skills: Must be proficient with intermediate to excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook).Other Skills: Previous experience using Apttus Quoting, Business Intelligence tools or Salesforce CRM is a plus The Professional Services Team Professional Services play an instrumental role in the growth of Epicor.
