Responsibilities: ·Processing all orders accurately andpromptly ·Generate Sales Orders for timely delivery tocustomers ·Coordinate Purchase Orders and liaise withsuppliers .Keep track of overseas suppliers' pricing ·Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring alignment withorders ·Maintain meticulous records of inventorytransactions .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update inventory recordsand ensure accurate charging Requirements: •SPM/STPM, Diploma or bachelor's degree in anydiscipline •>2 years of relevant work experiencepreferred. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and UBS softwarepreferred. •Fluency in Mandarin preferred. •Excellent organizational and communicationskills. •Ability to work independently and as part of ateam. •Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged toapply.
