Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities: Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers & vendors. Souring materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts & deals. Performing inventory inspections & reordering supplies & stock as necessary. Inspecting stock & reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately. Updating & maintaining records of all orders, payments and received stock. Coordinating with the Operations team & follow up on delays or orders that have been scheduled. Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors & suppliers.
