1. Issue Purchase Order to supplier2. Coordinate delivery with supplier or transporter either by schedule delivery or target delivery according to request date or needs.3. Liaises with supplier on the MOQ, cost, stock level, capacity or forecast of the parts or order.4. Handle all incorrect delivered parts, claims related process to supplier, sales, or customer.5. Execute system operation.6. Perform document control / keeping required7. Ensure invoices, documentation, payment submit to respective department and process accordingly.8. Ensure KPIs / target requested to be achieve.9. Data collection and preparation report required from time to time.10. Billing for all drop shipment11. To assist any requisition required from team, and participate in any departmental event if it is required.12. Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.**Requirement Skills**2. At least 1 - 2 years experience in purchasing / inventory background and other relevant experiences.3. Experiences in Automotive is an added advantages.4. Good in English & Bahasa Melayu is required.5. Knowledge in SAP System, & Microsoft Excel is needed.6.
