Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Support Planning department for delivery schedule commitment to customers.
Source and purchase electronics and mechanical parts.
Support new product transfer project.
Manage supplier base to achieve competitive cost, quality and delivery performance.
Generate purchase order, expedite and reschedule order and handle excess inventory (inventory control management).
Ensure timely delivery of materials to support the plant operation and manufacturing needs.
Any ad hoc task assigned by superior.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
At least a Diploma, preferably in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Meticulous and team player.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
Willing to work in Perai, Penang.
