Qa Manager

Job Responsibilities: Monitor and oversee all operations activities that affect quality.
Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
Accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with ISO Standard, SOP, customer specifications, safety and health, 5S, 3R guidelines, company rules and regulations.
Train and motivate employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
Liaise with different departments, customers and suppliers to meet the objective and understand their requirements.
Ensure Lean Manufacturing in QA.
Develop continuous improvement (Kaizen) culture in QA.
Meet financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures and avoiding quality related complaints and claims.
Maintains and improves product quality, quality system, and compliance audits.
Job Requirements: Minimum Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
At least 5 years related work experience in plastic injection moulding industry.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills with continuous improvement mindset.
Good knowledge and hands on experience in managing external & internal Quality Audit Programs and experience in effective customer & supplier management.
Good understanding of quality requirements and proficient knowledge of production processes.
Knowledge in QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality related tools.
Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001.
